Peter joined Zarek Taylor Grossman Hanrahan LLP as an associate in 2012 after practicing law at a prominent downtown Toronto firm where he gained experience in various areas of litigation, including insurance defence.

Peter received his law degree from the University of Ottawa in 2010 and was called to the Bar in 2011.  In 2008 Peter was one of four law students on the competitive mediation advocacy team for the University of Ottawa.  That team went on to win the Canadian National Mediation Advocacy Competition at Osgoode Hall, and an all-expense paid trip to Paris, France, to represent Canada at the International Chamber of Commerce Mediation Advocacy Competition.

The majority of Peter’s practice focuses on Insurance Defence Litigation and Accident Benefit Claims.  Peter has appeared on behalf of clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Ontario Small Claims Court.

Peter is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Bar Association.
