Jordan obtained his undergraduate degree from McMaster University in Philosophy, graduating summa cum laude. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Saskatchewan in 2009.

Jordan articled at a prominent litigation boutique in Hamilton after which he began working in the field of insurance defence. He joined Zarek Taylor Grossman Hanrahan LLP as an Associate in 2010.

Jordan has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission and the Ontario Small Claims Court. He is a member of the Canadian and Ontario Bar Association
