David obtained his undergraduate degree from McGill University in Commerce, with majors in Organizational Behaviour and Psychology.  He earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2010. Prior to joining ZTGH, David worked at an industry leading insurance and risk management company, working in corporate compliance and contract drafting. 

David joined Zarek Taylor Grossman Hanrahan LLP as an articling student in 2010, and returned to the firm in June 2011 following his call to the Ontario Bar.

David gained experience during his articles on a number of insurance defence files and plaintiff files, including Tort, Accident Benefits, Liability, Property Damage, Subrogation Claims, First Party Insurer Disputes and Highway Traffic Act charges. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court, Ontario Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission and Ontario Small Claims court, before Masters, Justices of the Peace, Arbitrators and Judges.
