Marni obtained her undergraduate degree from York University in Honours, Political Science. She earned her LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2008.

Marni joined Zarek Taylor Grossman Hanrahan LLP as an Articling Student in 2008, and returned to the firm in June 2009 following her call to the Ontario Bar.

Prior to working for ZTGH LLP, Marni was involved in the insurance industry for five years as an adjuster, both for auto property claims as well as accident benefits. She also worked as a Special Investigative Unit adjuster, investigating suspicious losses.

Marni’s focus is on Accident Benefits, as well as priority disputes and loss transfer claims.

Marni has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission, and the Ontario Small Claims Court. She is a member of the Canadian and Ontario Bar Association
