Tom joined Zarek Taylor Grossman Hanrahan LLP as an associate in 2010 after articling at the Ministry of Transportation and practicing insurance defence in private practice.

Tom earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2008 and was called to the Bar in 2009. As a law student, he gained experience working in a legal aid clinic. At the Ministry of Transportation he assumed various roles, such as carrying small claims files, Superior Court motions and applications to the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. Tom was the Ministry’s prosecutor in London Ontario and conducted numerous trials and appeals.

Tom has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Provincial Offenses Court, and Small Claims Court. His practice includes the areas of tort and accident-benefits.
