Zarek Taylor Grossman Hanrahan LLP is a firm of 22 lawyers, seven of whom are partners, together with a strong support staff. The firm emphasizes its practice in litigation defence of insurers in property, casualty and accident benefit matters, but also handles more diverse litigation matters such as wrongful dismissal, class action litigation, shareholder remedy litigation, and in non-conflict situations, some plaintiff insurance litigation.


Support Staff Positions — Intermediate/Senior Legal Assistant

We currently have an opening for a litigation assistant to assist a Partner with a very busy practice. Insurance defence experience a must. The candidate must possess superior organizational and communication skills. Duties include preparing correspondence and documents, transcription, communicating with clients, scheduling and general administrative functions.

Support Staff Positions — Junior/Intermediate Legal Assistant

We currently have an opening for a litigation assistant to work in a team for three of our Associates. Duties include preparing routine correspondence and documents, transcription, communicating with clients, scheduling and general administrative functions.
