





Tripta S. Chandler
Tripta S. Chandler was called to the Ontario Bar in 2001. She is a graduate of McGill University Law School, where she earned her Bachelor of Common Law as well as her Bachelor of Civil Law. Tripta completed her articles with Gluckstein & Associates in Toronto and spent the following eight years working for Bogoroch & Associates in the areas of Plaintiff’s personal injury, long-term disability and medical malpractice litigation. Tripta joined Zarek, Taylor Grossman Hanrahan in August 2009.
Tripta has successfully represented her clients at trials, mediations and hearings before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Canada Pension Plan Appeals Tribunal. She has authored and co-authored a number of articles, including an article published in the Lawyers Weekly dealing with Bill 198 and the changes to the Insurance Act, as well as articles dealing with topics such as chronic pain, fibromyalgia and the thin-skull rule.
In addition to maintaining a busy practice, Tripta continues to be active within the legal community. Tripta is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Advocates’ Society, and the Women’s Law Association and has presented at various conferences on behalf of the Canadian Institute and Osgoode Hall Law School.
