





Tanya Zigomanis
Tanya joined Zarek Taylor Grossman Hanrahan LLP as an associate
in 2008 after articling and practicing law at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal (WSIAT) in Toronto.
Tanya earned her LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2005 and was called to the Bar in 2006. As a law student, she gained experience working in a legal aid clinic. At the WSIAT she assumed various roles, from managing case files to special projects, and honed her skills by providing submissions and questioning witnesses at appeal hearings.
While at ZTGH, Tanya has appeared on behalf of clients at the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, FSCO, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. Her practice includes the areas of accident benefits (including priority and loss transfer disputes), tort (including personal injury and property),
WSIB, and human rights law.
Tanya is an author of the CCH Ontario Accident Benefits Case Summaries, allowing her to expand her knowledge and expertise in the area of auto insurance law. Tanya is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and a Board member of the Hellenic Canadian Lawyers Association.
