Ryan M. Naimark

Ryan Naimark is a partner at ZTGH and has been with the firm since 1998.

Ryan does both accident benefits and tort work for insurance companies and also represents selected individuals who have been injured in an accident.

Outside of the accident realm, Ryan Naimark has a varied litigation practice with experience in commercial matters, disciplinary matters involving the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and wrongful dismissal.

Ryan has successfully argued cases at all levels of court in Ontario including the Ontario Court of Appeal as well as the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.

Ryan also teaches contract and tort law part-time at Seneca College.
