Mark L. Smith

Mark joined Zarek Taylor Grossman Hanrahan LLP in 2007 after practicing insurance defence litigation at a prominent Hamilton, Ontario law firm.

He earned his LL.B. in 2004 from Osgoode Hall Law School. As a law student, he honed his skills working in the legal aid clinic system and articling in the litigious field of labour and employment law. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2005. Prior to studying law, Mark graduated from York University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Political Science.

Mark's practice focuses on the defence of personal injury claims and other claims in tort.
