Jeremy Shaw

Jeremy joined ZTGH as an articling student and returned on his call to the Bar in 2007. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario Law School in 2006 after having completed his B.A. in Arts, with a concentration in English.

Jeremy gained experience during his articles on a number of insurance defence files and plaintiff files, including Tort, Accident Benefits, Liability, Property Damage and first party insurer disputes. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court, Youth Court, and Ontario Small Claims court, before masters and judges. He has received limited experience in private arbitrations and FSCO.

Jeremy has published a number of articles in the OBA's Young Lawyers' Newsletters, providing case commentary as well as primers on the insurance regime.

Jeremy is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and Canadian Defence Lawyers.
