Jennifer Griffiths

Jennifer graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1995. She articled at Iacono, Brown, where she gained experience in various aspects of insurance defence work, including first and third party casualty claims, subrogation, loss transfer and priority disputes. She returned to that firm as an associate following her call to the Bar in 1997.

Since her call to the Bar, Jennifer has worked predominantly in the area of first party defence and has appeared before the Financial Services Commission on numerous mediations and pre-arbitration hearings, in that capacity.

Since joining our firm in June of 1999, Jennifer has provided support on complicated OMPP, Bill 164 and Bill 59 accident benefits and tort files, and has also assumed direct carriage of numerous files herself. Her work continues to focus primarily on first party disputes, including disputes between insurers.
