Ian C. Lambert

Ian graduated with his LL. B. from the University of Winsdor in 2002 and articled in London, Ontario with Brown Beattie O'Donovan LLP.

Following his call to the Bar in 2003, Ian continued working with Brown Beattie O'Donovan LLP where he was exposed to a wide variety of complex civil litigation files with a concentration in personal injury.

Ian joined Zarek Taylor Grossman Hanrahan LLP in August 2004 where his primary concentration is in the area of personal injury insurance defence.

Ian is a past editor of the CCH Ontario Accident Benefits Case Summaries.  He has developed an expertise in statutory accident benefits including priority and loss transfer disputes.
