David Zarek
David was called to the bar in 1985. His legal career has been spent primarily representing property and casualty insurers in all matters relating to these areas of insurance law.
David's areas of expertise include all tort claims, special investigation work, commercial general liability work, product liability litigation, coverage opinions and accident benefit work at all levels of court including the Supreme Court of Canada.
David also regularly appears before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario at arbitrations and appeals.
He was one of the founding members of this firm which began in 1997.
