Dalia Fudim

Dalia joined ZTGH as an articling student and returned to the firm as an associate upon her call to the Bar in 2007. She graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2006 after having completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology at York University in 2003.

Dalia gained experience during her articles on a number of insurance defence files, including tort, accident benefits, liability, property damage and first party insurer disputes. She has appeared before both masters and judges at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, in addition to defending Small Claims Court actions. She also received limited experience before FSCO and hopes to build on this in the future.
