





Christine McKenna
Christine attended Osgoode Hall Law School and graduated in 1993. She articled at Genest, Murray, DesBrisay, Lamek where she was involved in a wide array of general litigation and tribunal work, and also involved in the defence of numerous insurance claims.
Following her call to the Bar in 1995, Christine worked as a Legal Editor and Trainer for Carswell Publishing for two years, until she joined Zarek & Grossman in August 1997.
Christine largely provides support in respect of our OMPP, Bill 164 and Bill 59 accident benefit and tort cases. She also had direct carriage of a number of first and third party defence files both in the court system and at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
Christine has assisted in the preparation of the summaries for the CCH Ontario Accident Benefits Case Summaries publication, and as such has developed both a strong familiarity and high comfort level in dealing with all types of accident benefit related issues under all regimes.
