Our Philosophy
Zarek Taylor Grossman Hanrahan LLP is a 22 lawyer strong insurance defence law firm that was established in 1997. The genesis of the firm is based on our common ideals and beliefs in dealing with the defence of insurance disputes. We believe that these common ideals and beliefs stand us apart from the competition.
Advocacy is the hallmark craft of our profession. We do it well. However, communication is at the centre of effective advocacy. What we do best is communicate with, and on behalf of our clients. Most of our clients have a strong market presence, and a positive recognition factor in the public domain. They worked hard for these. We see ourselves, as counsel for these clients, as having an obligation to enhance that positive reputation. We are successful in our endeavours because we are creative, innovative thinkers, who look for solutions to problems outside the mainstream. Almost no one wants to be in litigation. Our role is to bring about resolution of disputes in the most effective, cost efficient, time efficient, proactive and positive manner.
